A site to see

One of the most-traveled routes to Mizzou is the missouri.edu domain, where clear road markers guide the flow of Web communication. Users of the site seek information about our people, programs and services, and we enable their searches with clear messages and ease of navigation.

While regularly updating news and announcements on MU’s homepage, the Web Communications team develops many of the university’s most prominent sites, including Admissions, Mizzou Wire and the MU home page. To maintain a consistent brand, we establish policies and guidelines and assist our campus colleagues in the academic units. Among our often-visited pages are the MU home page, the undergraduate admissions site and social-networking sites. We also manage MU Alert, the campus emergency website.

Our sites use stories, visuals and videos to post the coordinated messages and reflect the identity of Mizzou. Users find images of campus architecture, logos and icons. They see videos showing our students and professors in action. And, with the proliferation of black and gold, they experience how MU Tigers show their stripes.
